Make sure to create a restore point just in case something goes wrong. 1.Right-click in an empty area on the desktop then select New > Shortcut.
2.Under “type the location of the item” field copy and paste the following then click Next: %windir%\system32\control.exe
3.Now you would be asked to name this shortcut, name anything you like for example “Control Panel Shortcut” and click Next.
4.Press Windows Key + E to open File Explorer then copy & paste the following into the explorer address bar and hit Enter: %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\WinX
5.Here you will see the folders: Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3.
